Today was day 3 of classes... I already am not a fan. You would think that being in as beautiful as a place as Spain would make everything worthwhile... not the case. It makes it worse. Nothing really exciting happened today other than the fact I got to Skype with my FN, Dan said he had a dream about me having giraffe legs (WIN!.. love giraffes), and one of my nursing school friends just informed me that he got to take catheters out of old people. Excitement no? BLEH. Yep, this has been the extent of my day... OH YEAH!!! Skype date with Fantasyland/311 tonight! I'm so stoked for it! If you want to get in on the action try 208 Redmond at about 4:45 (Oct. 6) or 103 Redmond at the same time. I would love to see you. :)
Funny story:
Today in my grammar class my professor (Mafia Mike) was teaching us about the Subjunctive (a tense in spanish... it's beyond the point) when all of a sudden... he whips out this exact example:
"No me gusta que mi mujer haga estriptis delante de mis amigos."
Translation?
"I don't like it that my woman does a striptease in front of my friends."
Our class lost it. It was so unexpected... especially from Mafia Mike... he's extremely dry.
Almost lost my iPod today... actually it wasn't mine.... it was the little sis' (Kellie). She would have killed me, but then again, she used my iPhone cover without asking.... I'm really glad Dad confiscated it from her. Jaja. Love you!
There are other events that have happened today, but I cannot reveal them in such a public location... need not worry... they are safely tucked away in my journal... "I have a journal to keep secrets from my computer" (name that TV show with character...Alayna Hollie.. this one is for you)
